The only information we ask for on this site is what you type into our contact form:

• Your company
• Your email address
• The message you choose to write

Submitting the form opens your own email application so you can send the message to us directly. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for payment details or sensitive personal information anywhere on this site.

We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry, to discuss whether our services are a fit, and to follow up on that conversation. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your asking, and we do not share your details with third parties except where required by law.

Inquiries live in our email records for as long as they are useful to the working relationship or as required for ordinary business records. You can ask us to remove yours sooner at any time.

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@adamsresults.com with the subject line "Data request" and tell us which you want. We will confirm and act on the request within 30 days.
